ORDERS

All LickiDock products are made to order, which means they are not currently in stock and we make them when a order comes in! They are prioritized in the sequence that they are received. Please see above for estimated production times. This time will vary based upon the current number of orders.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

​

Every product is made to order. That means we do not stock products. When a order comes in we make the order. See above for current production times. 

Shipping will occur 1-3 days after the product has been made.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

​

In the rare case that you're unhappy with your product, we will gladly allow a 14 day period after receiving your item(s) to send them back unused and in the same new condition. It must also be in original packaging. Shipping costs for exchanged items are the responsibility of the buyer unless the exchange is the result of a shipping error on behalf of LickiDock. The buyer is responsible for shipping. Once we have received your item(s) we will inspect them for signs of use. We do not refund original shipping fees.

Returns are not eligible on customized orders.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted as follows:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to LickiDock error.

 

Warranty:

We are beyond thankful for your purchase and support of LickiDocks. We value our customers and strive to make the absolute best product. Every product at LickiDock is made with the highest attention to detail and quality. With that being said, sometimes things do not always go as planned. Because of this, I warrant this product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance for up to 6 months. 

This means I will repair or replace any product found to be defective. If I can fix your product, I will do that. However, if it is beyond repair, I will replace it.

In the likely event that LickiDock no longer carries the exact product you purchased, I will provide a store credit of equal value to the original purchase.

This warranty is only valid through the original owner. I may require your email or shipping address to verify that you bought directly from LIckiDocks.

LickiDocks will refund shipping costs if it is determined that LickiDock is a fault.

We want you to have the confidence that our products will stand the test of time. This does not include neglect, or misuse.
